In order to be kind to the environment by reducing the number of flyers on campus, we suggest trying a Mass Voicemail Distribution Lists for reminders to group members.
Create a message. Write it out.
Take message to Student Activities Office (best to set appointment)
SAO staff member will review and approve message.
Record the message
The Administrative Assistant will program the phone.
An organization representative will record the message.
