The College of Business has implemented a new program for high-potential students interested in accounting — the CPA/MBA Track Program. Students who meet the criteria for participation in this program will have the opportunity to complete a four-year degree in accounting, plus an MBA, and will be eligible to sit for the CPA Exam, all in about five years. They will accumulate the 2,000 hours of supervised accounting experience necessary to become licensed as a Certified Public Accountant during summer internships.

Unrestricted gifts to the annual fund help ensure that the College and our students have the tools and opportunities needed. It is an ongoing effort to provide up-to-date learning experiences for our students, like the CPA/MBA Track Program.

This year, a new opportunity has been created for you to assist the College of Business. Under a new “formula” for utilizing annual fund donations, once a college meets its annual fund goal, 40 percent of money donated by its alumni above the goal will go directly to fund activities of the college.
