The University of Findlay - Information Technology Services

Welcome to The University of Findlay’s Information Technology Services (ITS). ITS plays a key role in supporting The University of Findlay's effort to establish an environment where the application of technology enhances and improves teaching, learning, research, and university operations. To accomplish these broad goals, ITS is organized into three inter-related areas: 1) Network Services, 2) Programming Services and 3) Technology Support Services.

Network Services provides wired and wireless Internet access, UFnet accounts to students, faculty and staff, as well as all server-based products supported by the University (e.g., Blackboard, email, calendar and the myFindlay portal). In addition, telephone services and cable TV is managed through Network Services.
Programming Services (PS) is responsible for supporting and enhancing the University's Administrative Student Information System, the University's website and customized applications that support internal operations.
Technology Support Services (TSS) is the primary point of contact for ITS services, providing a myriad of help desk services at ext. 4357 or via email at techsupport@findlay.edu. TSS also manages student computer labs and technology enhanced rooms on campus.
