Digital Media: Work Session
Do you have any multimedia projects you are working on? Would you like to start a project but don't know where to begin? Bring your questions and digital content concerns to our Digital Media Work Session. We will cover areas from digital video, photography, podcasting or anything you would want to discuss. This is also a good time to work and try new things with assistance close at hand. You are welcome to bring your equipment to get specific questions answered.

In this workshop, we will provide you tips to help you discover ways to make your PowerPoint look and communicate better.

Want to make your own movie? In this workshop you will learn how to create, edit, and share your movies with iMovie that comes already installed on your Mac.

MovieMaker & DVD Flick (for PC users)
Want to make your own movie? In this workshop you will learn how to create and edit your movies using MovieMaker that comes installed on your PC. We will also discuss how to create DVDs from video files using DVD Flick.

Podcasting 101
A recent campus survey revealed that over 77% of all students have an iPod or mp3 player. In this session we will discuss the basics of podcasting and how an iPod/mp3 player can be used in an educational setting. We will also share several resources where podcasts can be used for instruction and how to incorporate them into your Blackboard course. Please allow 2 hours for this workshop.
