Hosting a party means meeting the needs of all your guests...so check out some tasty mocktail recipes for those guests who choose not to drink and some inexpensive food options to serve throughout the night!





Cran-Dandy Cooler

2 cups cranberry juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (12 ounce) can ginger ale
1 orange, sliced in rounds

In a gallon pitcher combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, cherry juice and lemon juice. Just before serving, slowly add ginger ale; stir to blend. Serve over ice in cups or glasses.
Garnish with cherry and orange slices.

Mock Champagne
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
1 (64 ounce) bottle white grape juice, chilled

In large bowl or pitcher, combine ingredients and serve chilled.

Lusty Lime Virgin
1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 cup diet cola
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
10 ice cubes
Combine the limeade concentrate, cola, orange juice, water and ice in blender. Blend until slushy and serve. 



Easy Cheesy Nachos
1 package tortilla chips
2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans
1 pound American cheese cubed
1 medium tomato
4 green onions, sliced
Divide chips between six plates; set aside. In a saucepan, warm chili until heated through. In another saucepan, heat cheese over medium heat until melted, stirring frequently. Spoon chili over chips, drizzle with cheese. Sprinkle with onions and tomato.

Fruit Dip
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow cream

Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow cream and blend until smooth. Serve with your choice of fruit.
