Oiler Party Patrol

Drinking and Driving
Despite all the knowledge we have gotten over the years, drinking and driving continues to be one of the deadliest crimes in America. It is also something that can put you and your guests at risk physically, financially and legally so be certain your guests make it home from your party safely.

The laws vary from state to state but you could be held responsible for the cost associated with the crash including medical bills and property damage and be sued for emotional pain and suffering

If a guest is impaired and unable to drive themselves, offer to let them spend the night, ask a sober guest to drive them home or keep the following local resource information close at hand to call.
