The SEED Conference, presented by The University of Findlay’s Academic Technology Services (ATS), is an excellent opportunity for vendors to reach interested individuals who have relevant uses for their products/services.  This is the second biennial conference sponsored by ATS and we anticipate a group of 80 to 100 attendees.  We are inviting vendors to participate and/or sponsor several events during the SEED 2009 conference. 

On Friday, May 7, 2009, an area within the main lobby and adjoining classrooms of the Davis building will be made available for Vendor and Sponsor booth setup and display.  Additionally, there will be space/time offered during the concurrent sessions where Platinum Sponsors may present information, demonstrate their product(s), and provide interaction with their services and representatives. 

There are four primary levels at which vendors may participate: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Vendor:


Sponsorship Levels:

Platinum ($1,000.00)
•    Gold-level and Silver-level sponsorship, plus:
•    A total of 2 Conference Registrations
•    Recognition at Lunch tables
•    Recognition at online (Elluminate) sessions
•    (If choose) Demo/Presentation during one of concurrent SEED sessions (TBD)
•    (If choose) Sponsor materials included in SEED Info Packet – distributed to participants

Gold ($500.00)
•    Silver-level sponsorship, plus:
•    A total of 2 Conference Registrations
•    Recognition at Breakfast and Refreshment tables

Silver ($300.00)
•    8‘ Vendor table in Davis Building Classroom
•    Recognition on conference website and program
•    Recognition at Registration Table
•    1 Conference Registration

Vendor ($100.00)
•    8’ Vendor table in Davis Building Classroom


Vendor Display Options:

· Booth Space available from 8:30am until 5:00pm on Friday, May 8th, 2009 
        · Setup and tear down extends an hour before and after. 
        · Size approximately 8’ x 8’ (flexible) and includes table, 2 chairs, electricity and internet connections (may be wireless, HTTP(s) access only).       
         · Lunch is available for $10.00 per person. 
         · Promotional items are welcome.
