Have received an A or B in the required course(s) in the subject area you wish to tutor

• Chemistry tutors must have completed CHEM 130 and 131
• Math tutors must have completed MATH 141 and 123
• Writing tutors must have completed ENGL 106
• Requirements for tutoring in other subjects are determined by the course for which a student is requesting tutoring services

Have at least a 3.0 gpa

Have a good recommendation from your instructor

Complete an application with the Student Employment Office located at 424 Frazer Street and ask that a copy be sent to the Academic Support Center, Tutoring Services.
