JON-CLAIR GORDON

The first exhibition scheduled in The 1124 Gallery was the photographic work of Jon-Clair Gordon, Associate Professor of Communication. The  photographs were taken as part of the 2003 College Consortium on International Education Faculty Development Tour of Brazil.  The images were printed on canvas that did not immediately absorb the ink.  Depending on humidity and ink color he had about five minutes to hand-manipulate the image before the ink dried.
